If you prefer a lighter feel, choose smaller, more compact scarves. It's also important to check fabric stretchability; stretchy fabrics like jersey allow for more versatility in sizing. To redeem your gift card, simply add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout. At the payment stage, enter your gift card code in the designated field. The value of your gift card will be applied to your total, reducing the amount due. If the card's value exceeds your order total, the remaining balance will be saved for future use.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We can assist with modifications, such as changing the size, color, or items, as long as the order hasn't been processed for shipping. Once the order is dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Yes, you can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process.
